A low-impact dance fitness class performed while seated in a chair. It combines fun, rhythmic movements with music to improve cardiovascular health, coordination, and flexibility, making it accessible for individuals with limited mobility or those who prefer a seated workout.
An energetic group fitness class that uses a raised platform (step) to perform a series of choreographed movements. It is a cardio-focused workout that builds endurance, strengthens the legs and glutes, and improves coordination through dynamic stepping routines.
