Connecting Education, Strategy, and Workforce Mobility.

ETX Innovation (Academic Workshops, LLC)  facilitates high-impact industry-education partnerships, executive keynotes, and workforce development solutions—bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world economic demand across the Ark-La-Tex and nationwide.

Empowering Institutions. Elevating Workforces.

Grounded in East Texas and the Ark-La-Tex region, ETX Innovation delivers scalable workforce development, strategic consulting, and executive training to institutions and enterprise partners across the nation.

Strategic Solutions for Institutions & Industry Leaders

We partner with higher education systems, K-12 school districts, economic development corporations, and corporate employers to deliver outcome-driven advisory services: Executive Keynotes & Thought Leadership: Inspiring keynotes, executive briefings, and panel moderation on AI in education, the future of work, and cross-sector talent pipelines. Strategic Training & Organizational Development: Professional development and leadership enablement workshops designed to upskill administrators, faculty, and enterprise teams. Workforce & Talent Pipeline Architecture: Aligning career and technical education (CTE) and degree programs directly with regional labor market demands. Cross-Sector Industry Partnerships: Building public-private alliances between businesses, school districts, and higher education institutions to foster sustainable economic growth.

Local Roots in the Ark-La-Tex. National Reach.

Headquartered at 109 South Washington Street in Beckville, Texas, ETX Innovation serves as a strategic hub for regional and national leaders. Ark-La-Tex Regional Hub: Conveniently situated within 30 minutes of Longview and Marshall, and one hour from Shreveport, Nacogdoches, and Tyler, we serve as a central catalyst for cross-border workforce alignment across Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. National On-Site Consulting: We travel extensively to metropolitan centers across Texas—including Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio—and partner with institutions across the country for on-site consulting, keynotes, and executive sessions. Travel Accessibility: Out-of-state visitors and clients can reach our center via East Texas Regional Airport (GGG), Shreveport Regional Airport (SHV), Tyler Pounds Regional Airport (TYR), or Amtrak.

Why Innovation Starts Here

Transformative innovation isn't limited to major metropolitan areas—it emerges wherever dedicated leaders gather to solve real-world challenges. Beckville is the historic home of Panola County’s first patents, and we carry that entrepreneurial legacy forward today.  We help leaders, educators, and executives learn new skills, launch bold initiatives, and return to their organizations with a wealth of actionable strategies and ongoing advisory support.
